Which construction code is used in the Village of Ardsley?

The Village of Ardsley enforces the “New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code” which also known as the “Uniform Code” and the “NYS Family of Codes”. The Village also adopted More Restrictive Local Standards which have been approved by the NYS Codes Division. See chapter 64 of the Village Code or contact the building inspector for more information.
