With the exception of July and August when the Board of Trustees meets only on the 1st Monday of the month, regular meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month starting at 8:00 p.m. They are held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, 507 Ashford Avenue, Ardsley, New York.
