Proposed Development of 774 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley

On April 18, 2022, the Village Board of the Village of Ardsley held a public hearing related to proposed zoning text amendments to the B1 General Business and RO Residence Office Zoning Districts. The public hearing concluded at the same legislative meeting and the proposed zoning admendments were adopted by the Village Board. 

The Building Department for the Village of Ardsley on or about June 1, 2022 received a revised application for Board of Trustees Site Plan Approval for the redevelopment of property located at 774 Saw Mill River Road in the Village of Ardsley. The development of this property will come before the Village Board for Approval on June 21, 2022 at the Board of Trustees Legislative Meeting. The Agenda for the meeting can be found here

Before the zoning referenced above, this proposed design would require several variances, including a use variance which is difficult to obtain.
