Delay in Sewer Rent Billing: Notice Enclosed

Please find the following alert from Minol USA, the third-party responsible for Ardsley Sewer Rent billing:

 

Due to unexpected delays in the processing of the current town tax roll information, your most recent statement was delayed and mailed on 11/16/21 vs 10/31/21. Your statement reflects the normal payment term of 30 days. We do not anticipate delays in the future. 

 

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate contacting our Customer Care Center at 888-876-1672. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Should you wish to file a grievance for the water usage from May 1-September 30, 2021 on the grounds of operation of irrigation system and/or filling of pools, you will file your grievance application (found here) starting on January 1, 2022.

 

Because of the delay referenced above, we will accept grievances up until 4 PM on January 31, 2021.
