Implementation

In order for the Comprehensive Plan to be a useful and relevant document, it must be implemented. The most fundamental way in which the Plan can be implemented is through a systematic process of aligning regulations, standards, and processes with the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. In this manner, the day-to-day decisions regarding development will effectively produce a physical environment that furthers planning objectives. The following projects are currently being implemented or have already been implemented.
