Attached are the proposed code changes for the B-1 & RO Zoning Districts. These proposed changes were recommended by the DARIS report found here. These zoning changes are directly tied to implementation actions of the adopted Comprehensive Plan. These changes were adopted in a public hearing at the Board of Trustees Legislative Meeting on Monday, April 18th at 8 PM. Find the meeting minutes here.
