Ardsley Garden Club -Plant a Plant

Why buy plants when you can divide and share?   Members of the Ardsley Garden Club will guide a hands on demo on how to plant a plant.  Learn how to take cuttings from a variety of house plants, place in potting soil in a small pot and take home and nurture and grow into a beautiful plant.   Children in 3rd and 4th grade—limited to 12 children. The Second activity is leaf printing (fern, oak, pine branch etc.) on paper that can be labeled and framed at home.  Wear old clothes.

 When:  Friday October 1^st

 Place:  Ardsley Community Center

 Fee:     Free
