Ardsley Public Library Pesents-Chair Tai Chi

Announcing a New program at the Ardsley Public Library for anyone looking to gently exercise even if you haven't done so in a very long time. It's called Chair Tai Chi and there are numerous advantages to taking this program.  They include better balance, more energy, increased flexibility and stronger joints.

This is a 6 part Zoom program on Thursday afternoons at 4:30 - 5:30 starting Sept. 15 and running through Oct. 20.

If you've been wanting to become more active but haven't gotten around to it, or been worried because of a physical issue, this class, which takes place in your very own favorite chair, will softly  ease you into a healthier you!
