All questions about water issues should be directed to Veolia Water directly at 914-632-6900.  If you are not automatically receiving texts or phone calls from Veolia during disruptions, call 914-632-6900 to be sure that your correct contact information is on file.

Con Edison

Customers can report power outages or service problems by calling 1-800-75coned or online at www.coned.com (where they can also view service restoration information and our outage map). Con Edison customers can sign up for text notifications at www.coned.com/text or also text REG to OUTAGE (688243) and follow the prompts.  You will need to enter your Con Edison account number to complete the registration process.  Once you've registered, you will not need your account number to report or check the status of a power problem.
