Village of Ardsley Receives $977,827 Grant for Downtown Rehabilitation

The Village of Ardsley is proud to announce that we have received a Community Project Grant in the amount of $977,827 for improvements to the Village Downtown from Congressman Jamaal Bowman. These funds will be used to help meet the goals of the Village's Comprehensive Plan and Downtown Ardsley Revitalization Implementation Strategy. Some items to be funded by the grant to restore the Village's core downtown include new curbs and sidewalks in Addyman Square, new landscapes, street scapes, signage, decorative lighting, high speed EV chargers, and many other elements that will create a vibrant village center.
