World Fish Migration Day is a global celebration to create awareness about the importance of migratory fish and free-flowing rivers. Environmental organizations throughout the Lower Hudson and New York Harbor are offering
free, family-friendly fishing events to engage the public in the wonders of the Hudson River.
Eleven sites are participating, ranging from Piermont Pier to Staten Island. Event times vary by site. Please visit the Lower Hudson & Harbor Fish Count website
for more information about the location of each site and fishing times.
