Village Manager

Joseph L. Cerretani has been selected as the new Village Manager, effective November 22, 2021.  Mr. Cerretani will be replacing Meredith Robson, who was appointed Mamaroneck Town Administrator after serving as the Ardsley Village Manager for the past seven years.

Mr. Cerretani will be responsible for the daily operations of the Village and Village Departments, including oversight of forty-five full-time employees and eleven part-time employees.

His municipal background includes experience as the Village Clerk/Treasurer for Hastings on Hudson, the Administrative Assistant to the Village Manager in Mount Kisco, and the Assistant to the Village Manager in the Village of Ossining.

Mr. Cerretani received an MPA degree from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University. He is the past president of the Municipal Administrators Association of New York and the recipient of a Michaelian Scholarship Award from Westchester County.
